SB Builders LLC, a general contracting firm specializing in commercial projects that has built millions of square feet in northern Nevada, has broken ground on a new dental practice building in north Carson City, marking the latest addition to its portfolio of community projects. The 5,000-square-foot dental office will include three hygiene bays and three operatories, with future expansion plans for up to four additional operatories and one more hygiene bay. The project is expected to be completed by fall of 2025.
The dental practice is designed by Berger Hannafin Architecture and will provide Carson City with a modern, spacious facility to meet growing community needs. Once completed, it will add to SB Builders’ already robust roster of distinguished buildings that serve critical roles in the region’s healthcare and public service sectors.
