The Carson City Animal Services facility more than doubled the city’s existing shelter space, now with room for 134 dogs and 140 cats. The facility features separate entrances were built for adoption, surrender and turning in strays. A large community room, multiple exam rooms and surgical suite, large animal corrals, exercise yard, and isolation kennels for disease prevention complete the building.
