Located in the Plumas National Forest adjacent to Lake Almanor, Foxwood is a 450-acre master-planned development comprised of four distinct villages. Individual villages vary by lot size and custom home size. The villages are interconnected to the Foxwood Park and Pavilion via an extensive trail system winding through the forested common area of the subdivision. Since the inception of the development in 2001, Shaheen Beauchamp Builders is proud to have provided project management and construction services within Foxwood. In addition to our construction management assistance, we have built numerous custom homes, ranging in size from 1800 to 4000 square feet within Foxwood community.
